UNH 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge

The UNH Sustainability Institute and Food Solutions New England are excited to support our own UNH Community in launching a local version of our popular 21-Day Racial Equity Habit-Building Challenge!  In 2019 we will be building on the past four years of designing and hosting the Racial Equity Challenge as an engaging part of our food system work for our many partners and network members across the region.  But now it's time to host a version of the Challenge right here!

Check back soon. There will be opportunities to be involved in the lead-up to the April 2019 Challenge for:

  • Students & student groups
  • Faculty & Departments
  • Staff and staff teams
  • Other UNH and affiliated offices around the state
  • The broader UNH Community such as vendors, association, neighborhood groups, local institutions and more.

We are especially interested in partnering with UNH offices, schools, student groups and other initiatives who are interested in raising awareness and attitudes about racial equity and inclusion.

We will be updating this site in the second half of September 2018 with more details and are looking forward to offering this culture-changing work here at UNH!

If you would like to connect with this effort, please email lisa.fernandes@unh.edu in the UNH Sustainability Institute.  Registration for this year's programming will open up this fall.
