2023 February Intensive Series

Moving Towards Wellbeing and Belonging

A two-part February Intensive Series

In February, Food Solutions New England (FSNE) hosted a virtual gathering, in two parts, designed to inspire, connect, and mobilize our values-aligned regional network from around the country and globe. We were joined by friends and partners from The Full Frame Initiative and the Othering and Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley. The gathering, free and open to the public, created space for us to explore ways to advance equitable wellbeing and belonging in food and related systems. It helped galvanize FSNE’s second decade of work in the direction of the New England Food Vision and Values, while strengthening relationships and creating new ones through participatory engagement. The gathering also built the momentum for upcoming FSNE and partner offerings, including the FSNE 21-Day Racial Equity Challenge and the Northeast Farm to Institution Summit, both happening in April 2023.
